Step-by-Step Guide

  • Log in to PriceFinder with your username & password
  • Under the Search Menu, click on Link Account under REI Forms Live (Realworks)
  • Under Partner Setup, enter your REI Forms Live (Realworks) token
  • Don’t have a token? Click on Get Token – Members Only
  • Login in to REI Forms Live (Realworks)
  • Under Third Party, add a new Third Party by clicking on the tick
  • Select PriceFinder and copy and paste the token
  • Enter the token under Partner Setup on PriceFinder
  • Simply visit any property to create all your real estate forms

  • Select User Details to add or edit an existing agent account
  • Select Upload Logo to add your company logo for all PDF’s
  • Click on Invoices to view any paid and unpaid invoices
  • Select Partner to link any partners sites you use regularly

Step-by-Step Guide

  • Log in to PriceFinder with your username & password
  • Under the Search Menu, scroll down to Map Search
  • Use the Search Bar to bring up your desired area
  • Open the My Patches tab on the right
  • Select Add Patch and start drawing (double click to close)
  • Select Add Region to add more regions (if required)
  • Select Add Hole to remove sections of drawn area/s
  • Add a Colour and Name for your patch
  • Update Privacy Settings if required
  • Click Save and this will save the patch for future use

Step-by-Step Guide

  • Log in to PriceFinder with your username & password
  • Under Property Search, enter any address in the country
  • Select the address to bring up the Property Report
  • Go the the Estimate tool (located on the left)
  • Check the Attributes and Property Type are correct
  • Click GO to run the PriceFinder Estimate Report
  • Select Comparable Sales and look through the photos
  • Select Comparable Rentals and look through the photos
  • Rate the Comparables (same, better or worse)
  • Remove and Replace comparables if necessary
  • Select Map to view where the comparables are situated
  • Select Print Report to generate a PDF
