PriceFinder is providing clients with the ability to quickly discover what school catchment zone properties fall in, making it easier for our clients to better meet the needs of buyers and sellers.

PriceFinder instantly surfaces nearby primary and secondary schools for every property which is displayed on the Property Report’ and forms part of the Sale & Rental CMA PDF Report and Property Report PDF. School Catchment data integration is exclusive to PriceFinder and now available to all members!

View Comparable Properties on a Map in the CMA Report

Every comparable sale, rental and listing selected to be included in your CMA, will now display on a map within the CMA Report PDF. Select the ‘Comparable Sales’ tick box while completing This latest addition to the CMA will help guide price setting discussions with clients and will allow agents to quickly determine the estimate sale price based off current market conditions.

Sale price range guide now available

The automated sale price range, based off the median price of all selected comparable sales, is now visible for any house or unit (where available). This latest addition to the CMA will help guide price setting discussions with clients and will allow agents to quickly determine the estimate sale price based off current market conditions.

Choose comparable sales to include in a CMA

You asked for it, so here it is! Do you know of a comparable sale that you really want to include into the CMA? Enter the property address into the ‘add a sale’ search field under the ‘Recently Sold’ tab and the sale will be added into the comparable sales list.

Update or Edit Property Attributes directly from the CMA

Property attributes (Beds / Baths / Carparks) can now quickly be updated on the fly while completing a CMA. To edit BBC details, select the pencil icon (edit) and adjust the attribute as required for any recent sale, listing or rental. This will ensure you are presenting your clients with the most up to date property information.
