Welcome to the the new look PriceFinder, a single property intelligence platform that combines the very best data, features and tools from both APM and PriceFinder.

‘New Look’ Navigation Menu

The new look navigation menu allows for even easier navigation around the site with quick access to key searches, self help training resources and your member services area.

View Total Number of Properties on a Street

The total property count for each street now displays against the search results when performing a ‘Property Search’ by Suburb. A small addition to the site, but will help finding properties a whole lot easier, especially when looking for properties that run over two suburbs.

Additional ‘Search Tools’ Now Available

Additional ‘Search Tools’ allows you to perform specific searches directly from other searches, saving you time and again making it even easier to navigate the site and to help find the information you are looking for. The total number of results returned will display against each icon and by clicking on the icon, it allows you to toggle between each search.

• Properties for Street: View all properties in a Street
• Sales for Street: View all sales in a Street (from 1990)
• Sales for Plan: View all sales on a Plan (from 1990)
• Listings/Rentals for Suburb: View all properties For Sale/For Rent in a Suburb
• Sales for a Building: View all sales in a Building

Property Photo Thumbnail Against Search Results

You can now view a thumbnail of the property against each property in your search results. This feature is activated by a tick box option, located under the ‘Refine Search’ and will automatically be set to on when performing a listing, rental or sales search. We have also included even more sales detail relating to each sales in this view.
